The lists get longer, the expectations get heavier, and everyone else’s needs seem to come before your own.
It’s the season of giving, organising, planning, wrapping, hosting — and somewhere in the middle of all that, you disappear.
This retreat is your invitation to step out of the noise and into a space that’s just for you. A weekend to breathe, reset, move your body, nourish your mind, and remember what it feels like to be cared for too. You deserve rest. You deserve support.
You deserve a moment to fill your own cup before pouring into everyone else.

Your Smile With Kelly Retreat is designed to feel nourishing (physically and mentally!), energising and joy‑filled — a weekend that gives you room to breathe, reset and reconnect with yourself.

Depending on the number of women attending (and therefore the retreat budget), there may be additional treats, upgrades or surprises added to the weekend. My intention is always to give you the most nourishing, memorable experience possible!
Home for the weekend...
Home for the weekend is a beautiful 4 star luxury lodge with a hot tub, in rural Aberdeenshire!
The lodges are a private and secluded countryside retreat set amongst 9 acres of woodland and parks. Giving you that far away peaceful feeling just 2 miles outside of Inverurie.
Lodges have underfloor heating, and a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and a microwave (not that you have to worry about lifting a finger in the kitchen) The bathrooms feature a bath and overhead shower, with one being fully accessible. The open-plan living area offers a TV and DVD player. The views from the large windows are of all the gorgeous gardens and greenery surrounding!
Bedrooms are all double / twin rooms.

Payment plans are available, but all plans must be arranged so that the full balance is paid by October 2026.
If you need to cancel your place, you’ll receive a 100%* refund up until the end of April, a 50%* refund up until the end of August, and no refunds will be issued from September onwards. By booking your space, you agree to these terms and understand that your payments secure venue costs, materials, and retreat preparation.
\*Refund amounts are calculated after payment processing fees,
